The kit includes a timer, engine, and solar panel. The timer is a digital screen clock that can be programmed to spray food 1 to 6 times in 24 hours. The engine can also be controlled to run between 1 and 60 seconds after food enters. The feeder can also be adjusted to rotate faster or slower at 25, 50, 75 or 100% power. Food scattering can be from 1 to 10 meters.
